Evaluating Information: The Cornerstone Of Civic Online Reasoning by The Stanford History Education Group
The Stanford History Education Group conducted educational assessments across the country to measure civic online reasoning that found that “young people’s ability to reason about the information on the Internet can be summed up in one word: bleak.”
The report provides examples of the assessments used in the study that teachers can replicate as both formative and summative assessments to help address the problem in their schools.
